My life always seems saddest when it’s the calmest, you just get the opportunity to sulk in sadness, on accident
 At least when you’re busy you don’t get the time to focus on self pity
When you’re stressed sometimes you get to cry less
As for worry you continue the days and don’t focus on the hurry… to feel sane

At night when you’re supposed to relax I find myself getting mad..becoming sad
I even celebrate the fact that everything is okay
Then I think about my feelings and tune in with myself that I’m not okay
Such an interesting way to prepare for a new day
